Kyla, you would be wise to look into the destruction caused to wild salmon stocks by salmon farms. My understanding his that the Norwegians have banned the practise because of its negative impacts. The practise still continues in British Columbia where I live and it is HIGHLY CONTROVERSIAL. So a deeper dive on the "E" part is warranted. Every fisher that I know wants it banned.
This is pretty excellent outside the box thinking! Do you know if other types of fish have similar potential? Thinking with my stomach here but diversity might help the equation too
